Silver tops still wandering

This is where I will wonder as oppose to wander. I have journalled and written for pleasure most of my life. I am curious, impetuous and adventurous by nature. Not always positive personality traits but I am what I am and very comfortable now with that fact. I have a very simplistic way of viewing my chosen pathways through life. I see horizons with a number of routes. Some are flat and easier to travel, some are ridiculously convoluted with blind bends and steep hills to climb along with tricky decents. I have rarely chosen the flat paths! But now as I am so much closer to 70 than 60, and how that has happened is beyond me because I still think I am 26, I feel an overwhelming compulsuion to just get on and do the things. Life will kick up at you no matter how you tread your path. I like to look for the joy, the wonder of all things and look forward to experiencing new places and people. I wonder what they will stir in me …
